Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Housekeepers will work collaboratively with all employees, guests, owners, and other FLPP stakeholders to support the company’s goals through superior property cleanliness and customer service. Responsible for ensuring all established cleaning procedures and guidelines are followed; maintains consistently high quality cleaning services. Delivers personalized service that attends to every guest’s and owner’s needs, and meets or exceeds all service standards.

 

Operational Support:

  • Facilitates high-quality cleaning services; follows established methods and procedures to ensure all arrival and departure cleaning tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner; adheres to all standard unit appearances.
  • Accurately completes required documentation; submits at the end of every shift.
  • Routinely clocks in and out of Paylocity ever scheduled day.
  • Responsibly checks own schedule on a daily basis.
  • Responsibly start timer and complete timer in Property Care App.
  • Completes all tasks within required timeframes.
  • Promptly follows up on all cleaning requests and concerns reported by Zone Leader and guests.
  • Documents and reports all maintenance and safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Secures all keys and items left in properties; returns to Zone Leader at the end of every shift.
  • Ensures that all lock boxes and keys are maintained per established standards.
  • Maintains own cleaning tote
  • Maintains vacuums in assigned homes.
  • Maintains a presentable and functioning personal vehicle; follows all safety standards.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Adheres to company dress code and wears appropriate attire at all times.
