Four Winds Chimney is looking for a Customer Service Representative who's ready to bring their A-game to our fun and fast-paced office. We're a young company with a big heart, and we're all about keeping our customers happy and their chimneys smokin' (in a good way, of course!).
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and generally being awesome.
- Work your magic on the computer, updating customer records, processing payments, and keeping everything organized.
- Occasionally put on your detective hat and help resolve any customer issues that might pop up (think Sherlock Holmes meets Mary Poppins, but with less chimney soot).
- Be a team player and help out your fellow Four Winds crew members whenever needed.
- A positive attitude and a knack for making people feel heard (even if they're having a bad chimney day). Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing (bonus points if you can explain chimney jargon in plain English).
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks like a pro (think of it as a circus act, but with less fire-breathing and more spreadsheets).
- No experience necessary! We'll provide all the training you need to become a chimney customer service whiz.
