About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our growing team in Phelps, NY. This full-time position plays a key role as the first point of contact for customers interested in our services. You’ll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments with the appropriate Home Solutions Experts or Service Technicians.

Note: This is not a cold-calling or telemarketing position. All contacts are inbound leads or referrals—customers who have shown interest in our services.

Schedule

  • Wednesday - 10a - 9p
  • Thursday - Saturday 8a -7p
  • Hour lunches each day
  • Training would be Monday - Friday 7a - 4p for 6-8 Weeks and then transition to shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing and referred customers to assess service needs
  • Schedule appointments with the appropriate team members
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in office, customer service, or call center roles
  • Comfortable working at a desk and being on the phone for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and general computer systems
  • Familiarity with the Finger Lakes region is a plus
