Job Description


The Supply Coordinator Admin is primary responsible for overseeing, monitoring and preparing the daily housekeeping reports and supplies. The Supply Coordinator Admin works collaboratively with all employees and other FLPP stakeholders to support the company’s goals through superior property service. The Coordinator collaborates with the Managers, Supervisors and Zone Leaders to monitor supplies and equipment. The position oversees the inventory and control of housekeeping supplies and assists with weekly inventory reporting and purchase requests. The Supply Coordinator Admin coordinates the preparation of all necessary equipment and supplies on a daily basis for housekeepers and Zone Leaders. The Coordinator will create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement and learning with the goal to ensure excellence, meeting property service goals and support sustainable growth of the department and FLPP.
