Date: March 19, 2020
Time: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM EDT
Event Description:
Join Curator John Marks from the Geneva Historical Society for a History Happy Hour at Lake Drum Brewing. He will share a captioned slide show of historical images and information about women in Geneva. Although women have been in Geneva from the beginning, they often escaped the spotlight. This program looks at the changing roles of women over time and highlights some of the achievements of Geneva women. Come in any time, stay as long as you like! The slides will run on a continuous loop throughout the time. John will be available to chat and welcomes people with stories and photos to share for future programs. For more information about the program, call the Geneva Historical Society office at 315-789-5151 or visit www.genevahistoricalsociety.com.
