Heron Hill Winery is celebrating 25 years of our signature Eclipse Red blend in 2016!
Try your hand at the art of blending wine in this unique class presented by Eric Frarey of Heron Hill Winery.  Eric will pour a vertical his Bourdeaux-style blend, including the current vintage along with two other vintages!. You will then taste the three wines representing its component wines.  After a discussion on the fundamentals of creating a balanced blend, you will have the opportunity to create a blend of your own and sip while you mingle with other class participants. We will serve one sweet and one savory appetizer to pair with the wine.
Space is very limited and is on a first come first serve basis (by reservation only).
