We are a growing eye care center located in the Finger Lakes seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to help us continue to grow our practice via creative and effective marketing programs. Our marketing manager will be responsible for:
• Managing all marketing for the Eye Care Center and its three locations (Canandaigua, Newark & Geneva) • Develop and implement integrated communications strategy for The Eye Care Center on a wide variety of marketing channels including social media; website; advertising (print & digital), public relations, community relations and marketing collaterals. • Oversee the annual communications budget and ensuring it is fully maximized. • Collating and analyzing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency. • Develop and implement a marketing plan including: • Managing marketing and advertising budget. • Coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns (digital and print). • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns (lead generation campaigns and measuring ROI results). • Write content for patient newsletter and responsible for distribution. • Monitor and report on effectiveness and ROI of marketing. • Conduct local media and community relations and represent ECC at local events. • Create and update a wide range of marketing materials. • Maintaining current knowledge on trends and new developments in ophthalmology and optometry particularly those that impact patient communications and our marketing efforts. • Coordinate patient satisfaction and referral-building efforts (managing digital reviews)
The ideal candidate has:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or marketing communications. • 2-3 years’ relevant experience building and implementing marketing programs and reporting on the results. • Previous experience in healthcare would be a strong advantage. • Media buying, Advertising layout and design experience. • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking. • Experience with online marketing, including SEO, social media and content marketing. • Social Media & Google Analytics certifications would be a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects with ease. • Creative, confident and dynamic personality.
